What is the King of the Bush?
A special Sprint Enduro event that puts you in the running for some great prizes, all while enjoying some challenging single track at your own pace. No banging bars just you and your bike against the clock.
Sprint Enduro
We setout two looped courses through some of our great bush tracks (approx 10 to 15mins long each) these tracks are ridden one at a time with short break between laps, these loops are ridden a number of times throughout the day.
Single riders leave the start line at approx 30 second intervals in their relative class and or seeding.
All round times are acuminated to determine class placing's with a trophy and prize presentation at the end of the day.
Do I need to ride both rounds?
No you can ride either rounds or both, but only riders competing in both rounds are eligable for series prizes.
What are the rider Classes?
Seniors
EXP - Pro/Experts (A and B Grade MX)
E35 - Expert Over 35's (As of Race Day, anybody who is 35 and Over)
U23 - Clubman Under 23's (A stepping stone for Juniors, As of Race Day, anybody who is 23 and Under)
C - Clubman ( C Grade MX)
C35 - Clubman Over 35's (As of Race Day, anybody who is 35 and Over)
C45 - Over 45's (As of Race Day, anybody who is 45 and Over)

Juniors
J125 - 125cc 2 Stroke / 250cc 4 Stroke 13-U16yrs
J2-85 - 85cc 2 Stroke or 100cc 4 Stroke 11-U15yrs
J85 - 85cc 2 Stroke or 100cc 4 Stroke 9-U11yrs
Who can ride in the King of the Bush?
Juniors must be 9 years or older, (please be aware of bike requirements)
Juniors under 16 years old must hold a current MNSW Junior race licence
Seniors (over 16) may either hold a current MNSW race licence or complete a written theory test & ride test.
Riders that are not a current NDMCC member will be required to become a temporary member for the day a $5.00 fee applies
All riders must hold a current MNSW race licence or a one event licence
Does my bike need to pass scrutineering?

Senior $55.00
Junior $40.00
Transponder Hire $15.00 please be aware lost transponders are the responsibility of the rider and carry a $650.00 replacement fee payable to MNSW
One day temporary membership (non NDMCC or Oyster Bay members) $5.00
MNSW One event licence $55.00
Overnight camping Free gates closes 10.00pm Saturday night
For 2012 all Entry forms and one event licence's will be available on the Saturday prior to the event and Sunday morning please be aware we can not guarantee the availability of one event licence's on the Sunday morning so get in quick!
All racing is to be carried out in accordance with the 2012GCR's
